What you’re buying

What’s in a scan

Every scan is one US ZIP searched across public property records. Here’s exactly what comes back.

One ZIP per scan

Type any 5-digit US ZIP and press Scan. No setup, no list uploads — the search runs on our servers and the results land in your dashboard.

Public property records

Each scan searches public county property records for recent home sales in that ZIP — real transactions, not modeled guesses.

New-homeowner leads

Every lead names the new owner with the property address, sale price, and sale date — ready to act on the day it surfaces.

Triage + CSV export

Mark leads new, contacted, or ignored, and export any view to CSV for your dialer, mailer, or CRM in one click.

Free re-opens

A scanned ZIP stays open for the rest of your billing period. Re-open it as often as you like — it never costs a second scan.

A signal, not a confirmation

County records publish on a lag — often 30–60 days after closing. Treat every lead as a fresh signal, not a confirmation.

Coverage

Coverage, honestly

We’d rather under-promise here than surprise you after a scan.

Any US ZIP

live

Scan any 5-digit ZIP. Coverage is checked before the scan runs — a ZIP outside deep coverage is flagged up front and never uses one of your scans.

Portland metro

live

Our deepest records coverage today: recent home sales across the Portland tri-county metro, straight from public county records.

National records

rolling out

Broader national coverage is rolling out. Until your market has deep coverage, your scans stay in your pocket — we never charge for a ZIP we can’t search well.

FAQ

Scan credits, coverage, and the fine print

What exactly counts as a scan?

One scan = one ZIP search. Pick a US ZIP and MoverScan searches public county property records for recent home sales there. Every lead the scan finds — owner name, address, sale price, and sale date — lands in your dashboard. Re-opening a ZIP you already scanned that billing period is free and never uses another scan.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with 2 free ZIP scans — no card required. They are full scans, not samples, they do not expire, and they never turn into a charge on their own. When you have used both, subscribing is a separate, explicit step: $17/month for 25 scans every month.

What happens when I use all 25 scans in a month?

Your scan count resets at the start of each billing period. Until then, every ZIP you scanned this period stays open — re-opening is free, so you can keep working the leads you already have. We do not sell extra scans or top-ups today.

Which ZIP codes do you cover?

You can scan any US ZIP. Our deepest records coverage today is the Portland metro, with national coverage rolling out. We check coverage before a scan runs — if your ZIP is outside deep coverage we say so up front, and no scan is used.

Where do the leads come from?

Recent home sales published in public county property records. Records lag — a sale often takes 30–60 days to appear after closing — so treat each lead as a fresh signal that someone new just took ownership, not a confirmation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The plan is month-to-month and auto-renews at $17/month until you cancel. Cancel it yourself from your billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your remaining scans stay usable until then. If you get stuck, email johnykidhole234@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Do you call or text people for me?

Never automatically. MoverScan hands you the lead; how you reach out is up to you. The Find-contact link opens a manual lookup in your own browser, and licensed enrichment returns a phone number with a Do-Not-Call flag. Always honor TCPA and DNC rules — numbers marked Do Not Call are labeled.

Can I use this to screen tenants or applicants?

No. MoverScan is not a consumer reporting agency and this is not a consumer report. Do not use it for credit, tenancy, employment, insurance eligibility, or any other FCRA-regulated decision.
